In case of renunciation/cancellation, the guest must notify it by registered mail or certified email within 15 days. before the start of the stay and you will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid using the same means of payment, minus the costs for handling the paperwork which amount to €100.00. If the cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival, the deposit will be totally lost. In case of no show (non-arrival) or interruption of the stay, whatever the cause, refunds are not permitted.
